Sure- I am happy to share more. We would probably need to do a quick call to explain in details, but the gist. Part of my background is to work with in gender based violence prevention work and I've had to work with many men and boys. Sadly- the resources for men in general are minimal but much more in Spanish and other languages it is seriously lacking. After witnessing many awful situations, I've made a commitment to increase my work with men. The information that you share could be healing so many wounds particularly for those who never receive this information in their native language. I have a company that works on translations and diversity topics so translation would be a 1st step until we create culturally appropriate content. (i.e. boys and men growing up in spaces of war and long-term effects on health). I am a '17 U.N. Empower Women Champion and as alumni we have to host a series of activities throughout the years that highlight these topics. After dealing with my own journey and near death experiences due to pcos, I'm finally healthy enough to speak and advocate more wellness and healing, and I am returning to singing and to host these conferences and activities. Ever since I heard you the 1st time, I've been meaning to reach out to see if we can collaborate. There is a lot of great work to do out there and get your message out. I'll boost that ego here and let you know you are a silent mentor of mine! You gave me permission to go deeper with my work and touch on the gap in the market (aka, understanding trauma, identity and weight.)

So thank you for being you and following that dream of yours. The vision is strong. The perseverance is palpable and the knowledge is equally shared with wisdom A++.

Absolutely, I remember our chat on Fb Messenger:) It's great to hear from you :) Over the past few months, on top of writing the book, we've been busy revamping everything: the blueprint for my community, the website, the studio, and even trademarking my business name, logo, and slogan! Oh I do have a question about carbs. I noticed chickpeas are higher in carbs. I like to add them to my salads and when craving pasta I like the chickpea noodles. Do you have any thoughts on that? I noticed my carbs being much higher when consuming these

Today was my highest at 190 😫😭 I had a cup of chickpeas on my salad today and then a cup of chickpea pasta mixed with zucchini noodles. I was also naughty and had a little Alfredo sauce 😬😬😬

My goal is weight loss. My body is soo different now after having kids and it’s frustrating. I used to be able to lose weight easily and it been a struggle for the last 4 years.

Sometimes I am tired after eating but lately it hasn’t been too bad. This morning I woke up a little bloated. I’ve been a little irregular since upping my veggie intake so I’m trying to increase my water intake as well

If you get a chance I was curious about tracking the carbs in MFP. It doesn’t subtract the fiber from the carbs , like the beans for example. So how would you track that? I hope that makes sense . Thanks again! I will watch the replay !

So I just started tracking these past few weeks and have been adding more veggies and beans. I looked at my fitness pal and it is ranging from 100- 150+ depending on the day 🤯
