After suffering from trauma my whole life, those things never worked for me. I had to figure out how to heal my trauma, pain, and chakras l myself. By doing that, I found trauma can only be healed with a holistic approach. This is where I came up with the five layers of energy. The five layers of energy cover all layers of trauma.
