📚 Pre-order my book, The You You Never Knew, HERE.
We live in a world where it’s easy to judge. Someone cuts you off in traffic. A coworker seems distant. A stranger gives you a weird look.
But what if you knew what they were going through?
What if that person who cut you off was rushing to the hospital?
What if that coworker was struggling with anxiety?
What if that stranger had social anxiety and wasn’t judging you at all?
The truth is, we never really know what someone else is carrying.
So today, I just want to share one simple message:
Have empathy.
Have empathy for the younger generation. They’re growing up in a world that moves faster than ever, with pressures we never had to face.
Have empathy for the older generation. They weren’t given the same emotional tools and awareness we have today.
Have empathy for yourself. Stop being so hard on yourself. The more you love yourself and heal your own struggles, the more love you have to give to the world.
This isn’t scripted. It’s just a reminder—one I hope sticks with you today.
Let’s keep being great. Let’s go out there and help others become great as well.
Peace. ✌🏽
